Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped within the continental United States using standard shipping services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped. Please ensure shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Due to the nature of our personal care and cleaning products, all sales are final unless an order arrives with incorrect or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to approve refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
